Youth Worker for Complications of Excess Weight Service

Job summary We are looking to recruit a part-time Youth or Support worker for the Complications of Excess Weight team at UHD. This role is fixed term for 12 months 16 hrs per week. The candidate will need to be able to work Wednesdays to join MDTs and evening work may be required to support families.
