Job summary We have a fabulous opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join the Pathway 2 therapy team, we offer rehab and complex discharge planning to our patients, enabling a safe discharge home. The role supports 7-day working and there will be a requirement to cover some weekends and bank holidays as part of our rapid response service, approx. 1 in 6 weekends.
