Job summary An exciting opportunity is available within Intermediate Care and Urgent Community Response Directorate, within the Recovery and Reablement Team. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team and undertake a newly created administrator role, supporting the admission and discharges of patients from 28 Recovery and Reablement Beds across 2 care homes.
