We are seeking a warm, compassionate and proactive leader to provide person-centered care and support to our services users. You will be based in vibrant, multi-cultural Brent and support with the operational management for three of Extra Care services - Beechwood Court (Wembley), Tulsi House (Sudbury) and Harrod Court (Kingsbury).
