Job summary The post holder will work primarily with the Early Intervention team 4 days a week completing physical health checks but work with the Bury Treatment team for 1 day a week doing Depot injections and working in Clozapine clinics. Main duties of the job Performing Physical health checks for patients open to the Early Intervention service working closely with the Consultant Psychiatrist and Team manager along with care coordinators for the client group.
